What Is The Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will go through a rigorous selection process with our recruitment and management teams.

• Application: December 15, 2025 to February 15, 2026.
• Online Assessment: December - February
• Behavioural Interview: January - February
• Group Case Assessment: March
• Interview with Senior Leaders: March

Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline, with no more than 2 years of full-time working experience in any industry (as at 15 December 2025)
