Job Description:
Product Monitoring & Issue Management
- Own specific ad products and features develop in-depth knowledge of mechanics, user benefits, and business impact.
- Monitor seller usage, performance metrics, and operational health escalate and track bugs and system issues with technical teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct analysis on market, competitor intelligence, seller survey, and performance data to generate insights and recommend product improvements.
New Product & Feature Launches
- Design and execute end-to-end go-to-market plans, including stakeholder alignment, testing coordination with technical teams, and communication plans for business teams and sellers.
- Monitor post-launch impact and surface optimization opportunities to continuously improve product performance.
Seller & Business Enablement
- Partner with seller experience and business teams to address seller product inquiries and refine usage guidelines.
- Deliver product briefing and training to seller and business teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Strategy & Planning, Project Management, e-Commerce, or Digital Marketing.
- Solid understanding of digital advertising products.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills excellent written and verbal communication.
- Data-driven and results-oriented strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Prior experience in e-commerce, digital advertising, or seller-facing roles.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools or BI dashboards.
