Position: SFE Executive
Report to: SFE Manager
Working location: Me Linh Point Tower, 2 Ngo Duc Ke Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Working time: Full-time, Monday to Saturday
We're looking for an SFE Executive to support the Sales Force Effectiveness team in managing sales force performance tracking, data reporting, system operations, incentive programs, sampling management, and service payment processes. This role plays an important part in ensuring that SFE operations are executed accurately, transparently, and on time, while supporting effective business decision-making through reliable data and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track daily sales performance of the Ethical PG/FOE sales force and consolidate performance results on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Monitor and summarize results of key performance programs such as BNPPP, 9HJ, U2D, DPOS, and other sales initiatives.
• Update sales results and calculate incentive outcomes for incentive schemes, contests, and performance programs.
• Manage and update Coupon and Sample data to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
• Maintain and update Ethical Performance Card master data, territory deployment, and SFE hierarchy on a regular basis.
• Manage SUPPG/PG information, including working plans, territory assignments, and territory adjustments.
• Track workforce and territory changes, including PG/SUP PG headcount changes, new territory openings, and territory closures.
• Coordinate with PGM and SFE teams to validate territory or workforce changes when required.
• Upload master data, working plans, and territory deployment information for PG/SUPPG onto the SFE system periodically.
• Set up and update target tables in the system to support performance tracking and incentive calculation.
• Update hierarchy changes for SUPPG and ensure all data is standardized, controlled, and reconciled across SFE systems.
• Prepare monthly accruals for Coupon, Ethical PG, SMS, Training, IT services, and vendors supporting Ethical PG operations.
• Support the P2P process, including Good Receipt updates on the P2P system.
• Handle Ethical PG service payment processes by receiving and checking vendor documents, confirming services, and submitting complete documents to Accounting on time.
• Manage Coupon payment processes for POS and ensure proper tracking and documentation.
• Plan monthly sample allocation for PGs and coordinate with Warehouse, TSC, and Brand teams on sample management and distribution.
• Prepare monthly reports on actual sample usage.
• Support assigned ad-hoc reports, business projects, vendor quotation processes, budget tracking, and training programs for SUPPG/PG.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 2 –3 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Data Reporting, or related roles; experience in FMCG is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of SFE operations, including sales performance tracking, incentive calculation, territory management, and sales force data management.
• Proficient in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI; able to work with large datasets and recurring reports accurately.
• Good data analysis and reporting skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Accounting, Warehouse, Brand teams, IT, and vendors.
• Careful, well-organized, deadline-oriented, and comfortable handling repetitive tasks and large volumes of data.
• Good follow-up skills and ability to ensure documents, reports, and payment processes are completed on time.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of process improvement and operational excellence.
• Able to work under monthly deadline pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
