Job Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for after-sales technical support of company equipment.
- Maintain close communication with customers to stay updated on their latest needs.
- Promptly follow up and handle customer feedback, maintain customer relationships, and resolve technical issues.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in Electrical Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Relevant experience is a plus; possession of an electrician certificate is preferred. Fresh graduates must hold a bachelors degree.
- Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) is preferred. (If lacking Chinese proficiency, English proficiency is required.)
- Strong communication skills, ability to handle work pressure, and meticulous planning ability. Honest and trustworthy with good teamwork spirit.
- Provide on-site support to customers as needed.
- After joining, training at the Chinese factory or customer site for 12 months may be required.
Compensation:
- Monthly base salary: 4,000
- Monthly performance bonus: 2,000
- Year-end bonus: 12 months (calculated based on the 4,000 base salary and annual performance evaluation).
Monthly Performance Metrics:
- Number of service cases completed (workload).
- Service satisfaction rate of 95%.
- First-time installation/repair completion rate of 90%.
- Compliance with company policies and teamwork.
