Job Description

Office Address: A3-A4, ng L Th Ring, Phng Thi An, Qun 12

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Primarily responsible for after-sales technical support of company equipment.
  2. Maintain close communication with customers to stay updated on their latest needs.
  3. Promptly follow up and handle customer feedback, maintain customer relationships, and resolve technical issues.
  4. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  1. Associate degree or higher in Electrical Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Relevant experience is a plus; possession of an electrician certificate is preferred. Fresh graduates must hold a bachelors degree.
  2. Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) is preferred. (If lacking Chinese proficiency, English proficiency is required.)
  3. Strong communication skills, ability to handle work pressure, and meticulous planning ability. Honest and trustworthy with good teamwork spirit.
  4. Provide on-site support to customers as needed.
  5. After joining, training at the Chinese factory or customer site for 12 months may be required.

Compensation:

  • Monthly base salary: 4,000
  • Monthly performance bonus: 2,000
  • Year-end bonus: 12 months (calculated based on the 4,000 base salary and annual performance evaluation).

Monthly Performance Metrics:

  • Number of service cases completed (workload).
  • Service satisfaction rate of 95%.
  • First-time installation/repair completion rate of 90%.
  • Compliance with company policies and teamwork.
