Service Data Analyst Executive

Job Description

• Planning and forecasting traffic, conversion rate (CR), and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Setting monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets.
• Monitoring actual performance versus targets (daily and month-to-date).
• Assisting the Head of Business Officer with ad-hoc analyses to support key business decisions.
• Driving essential processes across the Campaign & Merchandise team to ensure deadlines are met.
• Building and managing reporting templates (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Training and supporting internal teams on data validation and accuracy checks.
• Acting as P&L and cost controller.

Job Requirements

1. Education background requirements:

- Bachelor at relevant experience.

2. Experience/Industry requirements:

- Goal better, data-driven, can-do attitude, open and supportive mindset.

- Very strong knowledge of Excel (experience in financial modelling preferred).

- Very good command of English.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Ability to communicate complex problems effectively.

- Understand about marketing metrics & data.

- Ability to use excel and SQL to extract, analyze data and prepare reports.

- Understand about ecommerce platform.
