Job Description:
1. Workforce Planning (Monthly / Weekly / Daily):
- Translate approved forecasts into staffing requirements (headcount & shift plans).
- Build and maintain monthly, weekly, and daily staffing plans.
- Adjust plans based on real-time demand fluctuations and operational changes.
2. Capacity Monitoring & Control (Weekly / Daily):
- Track actual vs. planned headcount and staffing variance.
- Monitor shrinkage factors (leave, absenteeism, training).
- Manage utilization, productivity, and overtime usage.
- Identify staffing risks early and propose corrective actions.
3. Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor service level (SLA), occupancy, backlog, and key workforce metrics.
- Analyze forecast vs. actual gaps and provide variance analysis.
- Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports with actionable insights.
4. Stakeholder Coordination & Alignment:
- Partner closely with Operations leaders to validate demand assumptions and staffing requirements.
- Align with the Workforce Planning / Forecast team on demand changes and scenario adjustments.
- Work with the Recruitment & Outsourced Labor Management team to flag hiring gaps and short-term staffing risks.
- Present staffing outlook, risks, and mitigation plans in weekly/ monthly review meetings.
- Escalate critical service level or capacity risks with data-driven recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Statistics, or related fields.
- 2-4 years of experience in Workforce Planning, Capacity Planning, or Operations Planning.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Close attention to detail and the ability to work under tight timelines.
