Job Description:
1. Workforce Engagement & Event Management
- Support the Lead in developing and executing offline branding activation plans aligned with hiring priorities and regional workforce demands.
- Plan and manage end-to-end recruitment events, including job fairs, roadshows, campus recruitment, and community outreach activities, ensuring effective timelines, budgets, logistics, and on-site operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage POSM production and deployment to ensure seamless event execution and consistent employer branding.
2. Strategic Partnership Development
- Identify, establish, and maintain strategic partnerships with local authorities, labor departments, vocational institutions, community organizations, and external vendors to support workforce attraction, recruitment, and retention.
- Coordinate partnership agreements, activation plans, and ongoing relationship management to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives and workforce benefit programs.
3. Governance & Operational Excellence
- Support the implementation of workforce governance policies, operational processes, and maintain governance documentation, including partnership records, contracts, SOPs, and approval processes.
- Ensure recruitment events, partnership activities, and workforce initiatives comply with company policies and applicable regulations while coordinating with external authorities, vendors, and relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor operational and partnership performance, prepare governance and performance reports, and recommend continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in Partnership Development, Event Management, Trade Marketing, Talent Branding, Operations, or related fields.
- Experience managing offline events and partnership programs.
- Strong project management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with government agencies, educational institutions, or external partners is preferred.
- Understanding of operational governance, compliance processes, and documentation management is an advantage.
- High sense of legal responsibility, risk and fraud identification.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for recruitment events, site visits, and partner meetings.
