Job Description:
1. Labor branding Planning & Content Development
- Support the Lead in developing labor branding content plans, guidelines for recruitment campaigns, partnership programs, workforce initiatives, and employee engagement activities.

- Develop and maintain content guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all communicating channels.
2. Digital Communication & Campaign Management
- Manage labor branding social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, Zalo and other relevant platforms) and maintain a tracking system for all published social media content to ensure timely monitoring, follow-up, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated labor branding campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuring consistent messaging and effective audience engagement.
- Build and engage online communities and maintaining active interaction with audience to ensure timely respond.
3. Partnership & Governance Communication
- Advise communication of offline activities to ensure consistent messaging across all partnership activities.
- Coordinate real-time communications across social media platforms during recruitment events, including live updates and audience engagement activities.
4. Employee Influencer Talent Program
- Support the Lead to develop ideas / plans for internal employee engagement initiatives while encouraging authentic employee-generated content.
- Design campaign frameworks, participation guidelines, recognition programs, and reward mechanisms for employee ambassador activities.
- Recruit, coordinate, and manage external KOC/KOL agencies (if any), including performance tracking and payment processes.
5. Campaign Performance & Market insights
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure all execution expenses are effectively controlled within the approved budget.
- Monitor campaign performance using digital marketing metrics and recruitment KPIs and conduct campaign performance reports and recommend improvements based on campaign results.
- Collect candidate and workforce feedback, analyze market trends, and provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve labor branding strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Talent Branding, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Recruitment Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience managing digital campaigns from planning to execution.
- Strong content writing and storytelling skills with basic photo/video editing capability.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and the behavior of frontline, blue-collar, or mass workforce audiences.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
