Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Travel Designer located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Senior Travel Designer will be responsible for the overall sales process for luxury tailor-made travel throughout Vietnam & Southeast Asia. On a daily, you will be communicating with agents from around the globe to design exceptional bespoke itineraries. You are responsible for the following up of all pending quotations, managing payments, and finalizing monthly invoicing. You will have strong product knowledge on suppliers and touring for luxury high-end clients for travel arrangements throughout the Asia region.

You must have excellent communication skills as you will be required to liaise with agents in English & Spanish. Your ability to multitask and work under pressure is essential for this role. Ensuring a timely response with the highest attention to detail is critical for this role and a must for the luxury travel market.

• An intimate knowledge of the destination and the product the company offers strong personal character that is able to work calmly and professionally under pressure
• Excellent English and Spanish speaking and writing skills
• Strong sense of humour to work with a wide range of individuals, both local and foreigners from all walks of life
• Willing to adapt to new situations and maintain flexibility with clients and team members
• To act responsibly and to make decisions befitting the client's requests and the company's policy and philosophy
• A willingness and keenness to travel and learn about the travel industry
• To be able to accept working weekends, public holidays, after hours and on demand when and where necessary.
