- Coordinate daily transportation schedules with 3PL vendors, including truck types, timelines, and requirements.
- Align and manage contract terms, service scope, and pricing with 3PL partners.
- Monitor and reconcile transportation costs prepare regular reports and insights on cost performance.
- Track and evaluate 3PL performance against SLA, policies, and driver conduct, implement corrective actions when needed.
- Maintain effective communication and relationships with 3PL vendors and the warehouse inbound team.
- Handle ad-hoc transportation issues and resolve coordination challenges between suppliers, 3PLs, and warehouses.
- Drive and support projects focused on transportation improvement and logistics cost savings.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in transportation or logistics coordination, must have 3PL management exposure.
- Strong understanding of transportation cost management and vendor performance monitoring.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to manage urgent operational issues.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets is a must-have.
