Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement 2P2S (Process, People, Structure, System) frameworks for Talent Development, Leadership Development, and Career Development to strengthen organizational capability and business performance.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve functional competency frameworks for supporting functions to enable capability building and structured career development.
  • Lead the development and execution of the annual learning and development plan and training calendar, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Oversee training reporting, data analysis, and dashboard preparation to track training effectiveness and capability development.
  • Act as key coordinator for the Learning Management System (LMS), including content management, user administration, and data integrity.
  • Design, manage, and monitor Leadership & Development programs, including end-to-end program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify learning needs and propose effective development solutions.
  • Others task assigned from managers

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related major
  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience in Learning & Development or Human Resource Development roles.
  • Fluent English communication
  • Advanced skills in Excel and reporting/dashboard development; strong PowerPoint skills for program presentation and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience using and managing a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Strong experience in training planning, scheduling, and program management with solid analytical thinking.
  • Proven experience in competency framework development and capability-building initiatives.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills with multiple stakeholders and departments.
