Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through diverse sourcing channels, including professional networks, social media platforms, community engagement, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process end-to-end, from candidate screening and shortlisting to interviewing, reference checking, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and consistent updates throughout the hiring journey.
  • Take ownership of achieving monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality standards in candidate selection.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and orientation programs to support new hires in integrating smoothly into the organization.
  • Perform additional recruitment-related tasks as assigned by the Senior Talent Acquisition Lead.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the IT industry, with solid understanding of market trends, talent landscape, and technical hiring challenges.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and full-cycle hiring processes.
  • Proficient in leveraging recruitment systems, job portals, and social media platforms for effective talent sourcing.
  • Demonstrated ability in networking, stakeholder management, and candidate negotiation.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and recruitment management systems for efficient reporting and data tracking.
  • Strong collaboration mindset, able to work effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to shared goals.
  • Open-minded and receptive to feedback, fostering a transparent and supportive working environment.
  • Growth-oriented attitude with adaptability and willingness to continuously learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese.
