Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-level to senior positions.
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to identify top candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate assessments.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific talent needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to define recruitment priorities and strategies.
- Provide guidance and best practices on recruitment, interviewing, and candidate experience.
- Offer insights on the current job market, salary trends, and competitive hiring practices.
Talent Pool Management:
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles, using various sourcing and networking techniques.
- Create and maintain an active database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Employer Branding:
- Contribute to the company's employer branding initiatives, ensuring we present ourselves as an employer of choice in the marketplace.
- Participate in job fairs, industry events, and networking activities to promote the company's culture and attract potential candidates.
Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.
- Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, focusing on mid-to-senior level roles.
- Good at ERP software.
Income: 390 mil VND Gross/ year
