Job Description
1.Talent Acquisition Execution
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions, ensuring high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Conduct behavioral, competency-based interviews and partner with hiring managers to validate selection decisions.
2.Advanced Sourcing & Market Intelligence
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (headhunting, LinkedIn, networking, referrals) to build strong talent pools.
- Analyze talent market trends and provide recommendations for sourcing strategies.
3.Employer Branding Support
- Contribute to execution of employer branding activities such as social media content, career events, and internal campaigns.
- Represent Deli professionally at job fairs, career workshops, and networking events.
4.Recruitment Process Quality & Optimization
- Review and improve job descriptions for clarity, competency alignment, and market attractiveness.
- Support optimization of recruitment workflows, tools, and documentation for enhanced candidate experience.
5.Mentoring & Team Collaboration
- Provide on-job coaching and technical guidance to junior recruiters.
- Collaborate closely with HR Team to ensure recruitment aligns with organizational frameworks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment experience
- Preference for candidates with experience in the stationery industry or FMCG trading companies
- Knowledge of or training in human resource management and labor psychology
- In-depth knowledge of employer branding, talent retention, and labor market data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related fields
- Proficient in software such as Excel and HR management systems
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other Internet tools
- English or Chinese communication skills
