The Opportunity

Step into a high-impact role where you'll own end-to-end recruitment across diverse functions from Tech, Finance, Legal, to Marketing in fast-growing markets of the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand. You'll drive consultative hiring strategies as an individual contributor, while staying connected to a global TA team of 30+.

NOTE: Some recruiters may manage more than one specialisation. Portfolio and geographic market allocations may shift based on team development needs, evolving business direction, and to support ongoing scalability and sustainability.

What will you be doing

  • Lead recruitment assignments based on a global recruitment model, with hiring locations driven by client demand and business priorities, often with a strategic focus on key markets such as the Philippines.
  • Take detailed job briefs and manage recruiter handovers smoothly
  • Create strategic sourcing plans to attract top-tier talent
  • Write and post compelling job ads and social media content
  • Use tailored screening and interview guides for technical and competency-based assessments
  • Conduct structured interviews and maintain accurate notes in ATS
  • Format CVs and present high-quality shortlists to hiring managers
  • Guide hiring decisions to meet deadlines and business goals
  • Negotiate offers within budget, ensuring compliance with client policies
  • Manage all stakeholder communication and ensure documentation meets legal and internal standards

What sets you up for success

  • Approximate 4 5 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment across varying geographies, industries and functions
  • Highly proficient in market mapping, active sourcing/ headhunting and stakeholder management with strong influencing and consulting skills
  • Strong partnership mindset with a high level of ownership, perseverance, and commitment to delivering quality work; proactive and self-motivated
  • Native level/ business-level verbal and written English
  • Proficient in ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Recruitment agency experience is highly regarded
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines (industry professional or educational background in Banking/ Finance/ IT/Tech highly regarded).
