Main Duties:
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, understand the role and key attributes required
- Sourcing potential candidates from different channels (social platforms, professional networks..)
- Determine selection criterias
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Extend offers to successful candidates and package negotiations
- Track and manage recruitment datas and system
- Conduct Orientation program to new members
- Provide materials to grow brand and culture initiatives on social platforms and both internal and external communication channels (Employer Branding)
- Organize Inhouse Culture activities program.
- Create a positive perception of the company culture through daily operations and successful hiring. * People management
- Lead and supervise recruitment members
- Train other members on competency frameworks
- Provide on the job training for talent acquisitions about the company's culture and values
- Other tasks which are related to the above listed responsibilities
What we need:
- At least 03 years experience in the same role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
- Good at public speaking and organization skills
- Positive energy and strong at problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
