Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Facility Engineer to oversee the design, installation, and long-term maintenance of infrastructure/utility/facilities/FMCS for our new manufacturing factory in Vietnam. This role will play a key part in ensuring that all facility systems are properly integrated during the factory's construction phase and will manage ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety and environmental standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both the construction and maintenance of infrastructure/utility/facilities/FMCS systems in manufacturing environments, with a focus on ensuring efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor or above's Degree in HVAC/ Electrical/Plumbing/Civil Engineering or related in related discipline
- Typically 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in clean room environment and technology, managerial/leadership experience will be plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Vietnamese or Chinese; additional proficiency in English is highly preferred.
Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Communicate and exchange with foreigner expert in English or Chinese.
- Read drawing and technical manual in English.
- Familiar with MS-office and AutoCAD.
- Self-motivated, mature, as well as leadership and people management skills.
- Executing construction activities as well as co-ordinating M & E works
- A good understanding of ISO 9001&14001.
