Main Responsibilities:
- Manage budgeting and contract administration related to facility operations.
- Organize, oversee, and supervise ongoing maintenance and upgrade activities for all facility equipment, including waste management systems and purified water systems.
- Lead and supervise the preventive maintenance (PM) technician team within the facilities department.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (Refrigeration), or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 5 years of facility engineering in manufacturing companies (must have)
- Fluent in English
- Prior managerial or leadership experience in facilities management is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with foreign experts.
- Capable of reading and understanding technical drawings and manuals in English.
- Self-driven, mature, with strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience in executing construction work and coordinating mechanical and electrical (M&E) activities.
- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 standards.
