Job Description

Job Description:

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of new projects across SPX operations.
  • Translate business needs into project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Drive pilot initiatives, testing, and rollout of new operational models, tools, or solutions.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Work closely with Operations, Middle Mile, Last Mile, Planning, Network, Tech, and Product teams.
  • Align stakeholders on goals, milestones, and execution plans.
  • Act as the central coordinator to drive project progress and remove blockers.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for each project.
  • Track performance post-launch and ensure projects deliver expected operational and financial impact.
  • Identify gaps and drive continuous improvements after implementation.
  • Drive adoption of new initiatives across operational teams.
  • Communicate project objectives, updates, and expectations clearly.
  • Support training and alignment with ground teams.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any field (Supply Chain, Logistics or Engineering would be advantage)
  • Proven experience in Strategic Planning, Business Transformation and Project Management
  • Great problem solving skills. Proactive and able to use initiative
  • Strong business sense and able to improve operating planning through clear business view
  • Strong analytical skills and able to make judgement based on logical reasons. Able to draw insights from complex data
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Able to communicate clearly and concisely. Excellent in stakeholder management
  • Committed, result oriented, willing to go extra miles for goal achievement
  • Like challenging goals and fun environment.
  • Essential cross-functional working skills with strong analytical thinking, initiative and results-driven
  • Experience in team management
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skill in English and Thai
