Job Tittle: Senior Software Engineer (Golang or Java)

1. Role Overview

Senior Software Engineer (Backend) will design, build, and operate backend systems for fintech

platforms including payment, wallet, and banking integrations. The role requires strong system

design, transaction handling, and scalable architecture capabilities.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop backend services, APIs, and microservices.

- Build and optimize transaction processing systems (retry, timeout, idempotency).

- Integrate with banks, payment gateways, and external systems.

- Ensure secure coding, monitoring, and system reliability.

- Participate in CI/CD, deployment, and production support.

- Review technical design, mentor engineers, and lead best practices

3. Job Requirements

- At least 6 years of backend development experience.

- Experience building high-load or transaction systems.

- Ability to design systems and troubleshoot production issues.

Preferred Experience

- Fintech, Banking, Payment domain experience.

- Knowledge of reconciliation, settlement, or transaction systems.

Technical Requirements

Programming: Java (Spring Boot) or Golang.

Database: PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MongoDB (data modeling, optimization, transactions).

Messaging: Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ (event-driven, async processing).

API: RESTful APIs, authentication, integration with external systems.

Architecture: Microservices, distributed systems, scalability.

Security: Secure coding, OWASP awareness.

DevOps: CI/CD, Docker (Kubernetes is a plus).

You will be ideal candidate if You are a strong backend engineer with experience in Java and Golang, capable of building scalable systems. and handling transaction-heavy workloads. Experienced in APIs, databases, messaging systems, and production environments. Fintech experience and strong security mindset are highly preferred
