Senior Seller Program Efficiency - Business Development, SPX Express

Seller Program Efficiency is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing sales campaigns targeting new, active, and churned sellers to drive business efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring best practices, and implementing innovative solutions to maximize the value of salesforce for our organization.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute sales campaigns, identifying new methods to address business issues related to growth.
• Guide and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and BI teams to align the capabilities of the sales force with business objectives.
• Support the design, coordination, and implementation of projects related to sales force effectiveness to drive SPX's business goals.
• Monitor, track, and maintain data accuracy, sales metrics, and create reports and analyses to support decision-making.
• Create and implement processes to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
• Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the company as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar field, preferably in the e-logistic industry
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to perform data analysis and interpretation and manage data complexity.
• Ability to work independently, flexible, innovative and result oriented.
