Review and identify opportunities to enhance platform performance
Perform end-to-end research, from hypothesis generation, performing primary and secondary research, synthesizing data to extract key insights.
Initiate changes and conduct deep-dive analysis for C2C RM KPI and Managed Seller selection criteria based on platform strategic growth direction
Develop and lead practical and actionable projects, programs and recommendations that will dictate strategic directions of organization.
Monitor progress of initiatives and ensure that targets and deliverables are met
Manage ad-hoc tasks and collaborate with other teams to resolve issues in hand
Stay ahead of the curve on developments and trends within the e-Commerce industry, especially with regard to seller management

Requirements:

Analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving comfortable with numbers and conducting analyses
At least 2-4 years work experience in data analytics, marketing, project management, or strategy.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or related fields
Be able to communicate effectively in English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Result oriented, self-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about learning and high curiosity for e-commerce industry
Self-motivated individuals with high ownership and proactiveness
