Senior Seller Performance Insight

M t cng vic:

• Review and identify opportunities to enhance platform performance
• Perform end-to-end research, from hypothesis generation, performing primary and secondary research, synthesizing data to extract key insights.
• Initiate changes and conduct deep-dive analysis for C2C RM KPI and Managed Seller selection criteria based on platform strategic growth direction
• Develop and lead practical and actionable projects, programs and recommendations that will dictate strategic directions of organization.
• Monitor progress of initiatives and ensure that targets and deliverables are met
• Manage ad-hoc tasks and collaborate with other teams to resolve issues in hand
• Stay ahead of the curve on developments and trends within the e-Commerce industry, especially with regard to seller management

Yu cu cng vic:

• Analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving; comfortable with numbers and conducting analyses
• At least 2-4 years work experience in data analytics, marketing, project management, or strategy.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or related fields
• Be able to communicate effectively in English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Result oriented, self-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about learning and high curiosity for e-commerce industry
• Self-motivated individuals with high ownership and proactiveness
