Responsibilities
- Own security operations strategy and daily operating model.
- Lead incident response for high-severity events.
- Build and maintain incident response playbooks.
- Define logging and monitoring requirements.
- [Moonbase] Senior Security Engineer - Blue Team
- 1Implement SIEM, EDR, cloud, identity, email security and attack surface
- management.
- Lead threat hunting and detection coverage improvement.
- Mentor Blue Team engineers and analysts.
- Report operational risk and incident metrics to the Security Lead.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in security operations, incident response, detection engineering,
- or security engineering with 2+ years in BFSI.
- Strong experience with SIEM, EDR, cloud logs, identity logs, PASM, Zero
- Trust implementation and incident response.
- Experience investigating attack, compromise, malware, phishing, data
- exposure, and cloud incidents.
- Strong scripting or automation ability.
- Good communication with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Certificate: CEH, CySA+, DHFI, OSDA, OSTH,... is a big plus
- Experience with IPS/IDS/WAF tuning is a big plus
- Experience with manage NGFW is a big plus
Nice to Have
- Experience securing crypto exchange or trading systems (wallets, custody
- models, transaction pipelines, market data, matching engines)
- Knowledge of blockchain technologies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, etc.) and
- smart contract and wallet threat models
- Experience leading security for a fast-moving startup environment
