JOB SUMMARY

You will be responsible for driving merchant acquisition, revenue growth, and transaction volume (TPV). This role leads sales execution, manages key accounts and channels, and works closely with Product, Growth, and Operations to scale adoption of payment products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve merchant, revenue, and TPV targets
  • Identify and prioritize target segments (SMEs, enterprise merchants, platforms, partners)
  • Drive adoption of payment products such as POS, QR, payment gateway, acquiring.

2. Merchant Acquisition & Account Management

  • Acquire new merchants through partners, and channel sales
  • Manage key merchant accounts and strategic partners
  • Build long-term merchant relationships to maximize retention and transaction growth

3. Pipeline & Forecast Management

  • Own sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
  • Track key metrics such as conversion rate, deal cycle, win rate, and average deal size

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Growth, Operations, Risk, and Finance teams
  • Provide market and merchant feedback to improve products and pricing
  • Coordinate merchant onboarding, integration, and go-live processes

5. Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels
  • Contribute to pricing and promotion strategies based on market insights

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and target-driven environments
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Experience in fintech, payment solutions, banking, POS
  • Understanding of merchant acquiring, payment flows, and pricing models
  • Experience managing field sales, key accounts, or channel sales
