Job Description

Role Overview

Drive market expansion and strengthen the company's presence in Vietnam through strategic sales leadership. Oversee sales strategy, key accounts, distributor management, and team development to achieve ambitious growth targets while promoting value-based solutions and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans aligned with regional objectives; identify high-potential accounts; lead full sales cycle; expand into new industrial sectors.
  • Distributor & Channel Management: Grow and manage distributor network; monitor performance; onboard new partners; ensure alignment with company strategy.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Deliver accurate sales forecasts; collaborate with supply chain for timely delivery; adjust plans based on market trends.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and manage sales team; set KPIs; drive performance culture; provide training in value-based selling and negotiation.
  • Brand & Market Development: Enhance brand visibility; support marketing initiatives; represent company at industry events; foster long-term client partnerships.
  • Compliance & Organizational Support: Ensure adherence to policies; contribute to budgeting and planning; lead digital transformation in sales processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Languages: Fluent in Vietnamese & English.
  • Experience:10+ years in sales, with 6+ years in industrial/metalworking sectors.
  • Proven leadership in key accounts, distributor management, and strategy execution.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnam's industrial market and Southeast Asia dynamics.
  • Track record of driving sustainable growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Skills: Strategic sales planning, value-based selling, and CRM proficiency.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability, change management, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Other: Willingness to travel as required.
