Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in IT/cybersecurity solutions (e.g., Firewalls: Fortinet, Palo Alto; EDR/XDR; IAM; WAF) and services (e.g., VAPT; MSSP with 24/7 SOC; SIEM; Managed EDR/WAF).
- Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and technical teams to build customized solutions & services that address client requirements.
- Develop and execute account strategies, sales plans, and lead generation activities to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's service offerings and translate technical capabilities into business value for clients.
- Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and presentations in collaboration with the pre-sales team.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CXO-level decision-makers.
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and customer insights in the CRM system.
- Represent the organization at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings.
Required Skills & Experience- 4+ years in B2B/SMB/enterprise IT or cybersecurity sales.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions (Firewalls: Fortinet, Palo Alto; EDR/XDR; IAM; WAF) and services (VAPT; MSSP/24/7 SOC; SIEM; Managed EDR/WAF).
- Proven record of consistently meeting/exceeding quotas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across delivery, pre-sales, and marketing.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Sales experience targeting BFSI, Telecom, or SMB/Enterprise clients in Vietnam/SEA.
- Network of 50+ contacts in BFSI/Telecom/SMB/Enterprise, with proven closes on IT/cybersecurity deals (e.g., via past referrals/revenue).
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
