Job Description

Oversee sales activities to optimize performance and enhance company profitability.
Monitor customers KPI performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
Strictly follow all sales processes and company regulations as set by management.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and promote relevant products and services.
Generate qualified sales leads and coordinate with relevant departments for timely follow-up.
Monitor customer payments and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and proactively grow the customer base.
Identify customer needs and discover new business opportunities.
Develop customized solutions based on specific customer requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field
Experience in sales in shipping/logistics industry is preferred
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese
Having logical thinking, problem-solving & customer hunting skills
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints constructively
Ability to work under pressure, agile and adaptive
