Senior RF Engineer

RoleDescription

1-Lead the development and implementation of complex RF solution.

2-Interface with clients to define requirements and deliver customized RF solutions.

3-Optimize RF design practices and methodologies to improve efficiency and performance.

4-Improve the performance of antenna Tx/Rx, engaging in communication with clients R&D, rectifying product design defects, and aiding in the implementation of CA solutions.

5-Assist clients in debugging and testing antenna patterns with fundamental antenna simulation and design proposal capabilities.

6-Conduct tests and failure analyses of RF modules, addressing and resolving abnormal Wi-Fi/BT data indicators and RF function failure issues.

7-Fine-tune matching circuits for RF functions, supporting production lines and clients in enhancing product design.

8-Draft technical SOPs, continuously refining FA process methods and specifications.

Interface with clients to define requirements and deliver customized RF solutions.

Qualifications

1- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or Master's degree in or an RF related field

2- Preferably holds an overseas educational background.

3- Minimum of 3 year of experience in RF related field

4- Proficient in either English or Chinese languages (trilingual is a plus.)

5- Proficient in various RF simulations, digital circuits, RF circuits, as well as charging and discharging circuits

6- Adept in utilizing RF instruments like IQ, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, CMW500, and noise analyzers

7- Familiarity with the architecture and operational principles of RF functions in Wi-Fi/BT modules, with knowledge of functional test parameters, test specifications for Wi-Fi/BT, and understanding of 802.11 industry standards

8- Understanding microwave principles, with a certain level of capability in antenna design and technical knowledge

9- Knowledgeable about industry specifications for functional test parameters in technologies like GSM, WCMDA, CDMA, LTE, and a grasp of the industry architecture of NR (5G).

10- Willingness and ability to travel as per project demands

11- Good technical sense and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration

12- Demonstrate technical leadership to handle complex tasks.

Salary: upto 50M
