Job Description:

Pricing Strategy - Craft margin-backed pricing frameworks (pre-set category margins, product segmentation, profit-maximizing models, black-stock pricing) and winning pricing strategies tailored for Retail brands
Price Operations - Maintain rule-based pricing logic and exception workflows oversee daily price-setting/QC operations, ensuring agility with market changes (competitor moves, cost/COGS updates, inventory, campaign calendars)
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication - Align on pricing approach and present on periodic margin reviews
Analytics & deep dives - Build and maintain performance trackers/dashboards monitor alerts and drive corrective actions perform ad-hoc deep dives at the team lead's request
Back margin Control - Manage back-margin SOP and support transition to internal systems

Requirements:

At least 3 years of quantitative experience in a dynamic environment
Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
Proficient in MS office program (Excel/Sheets), coding experience (SQL or Python) is a plus
Passion for e-commerce thrives in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
Good communications and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with pricing processes (e.g.marked up margin, competitive pricing, profitability control) is a plus
