ABOUT OUR RESEARCH SERVICE: We pride ourselves on our in-depth property research. Savills reports will help professional, investors and managers get an overview of the market situation, thereby making more informed decisions in buying, selling, investing or developing property in real estate field. Depending on the intended use, the real estate market report can focus on specific sectors such as residential, office, commercial, or focus on different geographical areas.
JOB SCOPE: To ensure all research duties assigned are professionally carried out, including data collection and data base management, supporting implementation of market studies, providing inputs for market survey reports and quarterly market report updates (non exhaustive).
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Collect data and provide input for quarterly updates in real estate sectors
- Assist in planning and implementing market research and consultancy service
- Process data and provide inputs for market research reports
- Assist in maintaining, updating, and expanding the database on real estate market in Vietnam, in the region, as well as relevant micro- and macro-economic factors
- Assist in maintaining good relationship with clients
- Keeping abreast with developments in real estate and related fields
- Assist in producing market presentations and preparing office newsletters and press releases.
- Assist in maintaining good information flow with other departments
- Feed relevant information to all departments in a timely manner.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economic/ Finance/ Accounting/ Real Estate, etc.
- At least 2 year working experience in Real Estate industry
- Good experience in data collection, database management, research and analyst skills
- Proficient in English (especially writing skills)
- Work professionally on Excel & PowerPoint.
