JOB SUMMARY:
Ensure all assigned research is diligently executed. Duties include data collection, database management, market studies and development consultancy, developing and providing input for market surveys and quarterly market reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research:
- Collect data and quarterly updated information on the Real Estate industry.
- Write/update reports on all property market segments.
- Assist in planning and implementing market research and consultancy services.
- Develop and author reports based on client provided scope of work.
- Process data and provide input for research reports
- Assist in maintaining, updating, and expanding the Real Estate database covering Viet Nam and the region, as well as relevant micro- and macro-economic indicators.
- Develop market presentations, prepare office newsletters, and press releases.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Viet Nam Land Law and other relevant local legal issues.
Coordination:
- Team coordination.
- Liaise with managers and clients to ensure quality of work is delivered in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
Technical Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Real Estate/Economics/Finance/or Commerce
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position; candidates with experience in the real estate sector are preferred
- Experience in data collection/analysis, data system management, and report writing
- Proficient in English, especially in writing reports in English
- Master in Excel.
