Senior/ Recruitment Manager – Manufacturing (Northern Vietnam)

We are supporting a large manufacturing group with multiple factories in Northern Vietnam. Due to ongoing expansion, they are looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Manager to support high-volume hiring across their factory operations.

This is a hands-on role, suitable for candidates who are familiar with Vietnam's local labor market and comfortable working in a fast-paced, factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for factory and operational roles, including production workers, technicians and supervisors
• Lead recruitment activities for one factory site in Northern Vietnam (Nam Định, Thái Bình or nearby areas)
• Deliver high-volume hiring results through local recruitment channels
• Organise and participate in on-site recruitment activities such as job fairs, walk-in interviews and factory open days
• Work closely with factory management and internal stakeholders to meet manpower targets
• Coordinate with internal HR and regional teams on recruitment planning and reporting
• Continuously optimise recruitment channels, speed and cost effectiveness

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in Vietnam
• Strong exposure to manufacturing / factory recruitment, especially blue-collar or high-volume hiring
• Good understanding of local labor markets in Northern Vietnam
• Experience managing recruitment vendors, job centres or vocational school channels is a plus
• Able to work independently and handle changing priorities
