The Talent Acquisition team at Viettel Group is expanding, and we are currently seeking:
Senior Recruitment Executive
This role is designed for recruiters with end-to-end experience (agency or in-house) who are ready to take the next step in their professional journey. In this position, you will:
- Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish
- Partner closely with hiring managers to provide strategic insights and talent solutions.
- Work across multiple industries and handle high-level roles that offer significant market exposure and professional challenge.
What you'll do:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the ideal candidate profile, screen and qualify candidates to ensure they meet the specific requirements of each role
- Proactively and strategically source, identify, and engage world-class IT & High-tech experts from global talent markets, leveraging diverse international and digital channels to attract top-tier candidates in Viettel's core technologies.
- Research, analyze, and propose recruitment policies, talent acquisition frameworks, and competitive hiring strategies tailored for high-demand and niche technology domains.
- Support the employer branding team in organizing talent programs such as Viettel Digital Talent, Viettel Future Changemakers, Competitions, etc.
Who we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, or related fields.
- Have an international English certificate, equivalent to 750+ TOEIC or 6.5 IELTS.
- Have at least 4 years of experience in IT/High-tech recruiting, preferably in headhunt firms or global talent acquisition positions.
