We are currently growing and looking to bring on new senior recruitment consultants for HCMC Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned sectors
- Partner closely with clients to understand organizational goals, hiring priorities, and talent gaps
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of candidates through proactive market mapping and networking
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, assessment, and offer management
- Facilitate interview processes and support both clients and candidates through to successful placement.
- Advise clients on market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented approach
- 3+ years of experience in agency recruitment or a performance-driven commercial role
- Consistent track record of placements, revenue generation, or achieving KPIs
- Solid understanding of hiring trends within IT/Technology/Banking/Financial Services or similar
- Strong business acumen with the ability to engage clients and convert opportunities
- Native Vietnamese with strong professional communication skills in English, with confidence working across diverse stakeholders.
