We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead high-calibre hiring including Talent Search and Fresh Graduates and driving Employer Branding initiatives. This role works closely with Business Head, Hiring Managers and HRBP to attract top-tier talent and strengthen our employer brand in the market.
1.Recruitment
- Proactively headhunt and recruit senior and hard-to-fill profiles. Manage end-to-end recruitment from intake to onboarding.
- Work closely with the Business Head to formulate strategies to attract high performing fresh graduates through campus recruitment, networking events.
- Partner with Hiring Managers, providing market insights, hiring strategy, and candidate assessment. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Collaborate with Regional Recruitment to align processes, reporting and strategy.
- Monitor labor market trends in the Fintech and Banking sectors, including talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights.
- Analyze recruitment data, prepare regular reports, and propose improvements to recruitment processes.
- Do other tasks as assigned by Business Head or Line Manager.
2.Employer Branding
- Partner with Business Heads, HRBP, and Marketing to design and execute Employer Branding initiatives.
- Develop recruitment content and campaigns across social media, career pages, and recruitment events.
- Continuously improve candidate experience and enhance the employer brand in the talent market.
- Represent the company at career talks, job fairs, and networking events when required.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related fields.
- 46 years of experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter.
- Proven experience in talent search within Banking, Financial Services or Fintech.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environment.
- Strong English proficiency, both written and verbal, with the ability to interview and communicate with international stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of the financial services labor market, including skill sets, business models and functional roles within the industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate assessment and behavioral interviewing skills.
- Highly proactive, results-oriented, and ownership-driven.
- Experience building employer branding from scratch or scaling it during rapid growth phases.
- Exposure to regional or multi-market recruitment.
