General Duties And Responsibilities
The Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates aligned with business needs and company strategy. The role also supports employer branding initiatives and onboarding coordination to deliver a smooth candidate and employee experience.
Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pool Management:
- Post job advertisements on various channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, job portals, internal referral programs, etc.).
- Proactively source candidates through different platforms and recruitment networks.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and competency framework.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Interview Coordination
- Arrange and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and Hiring Managers.
- Prepare meeting rooms or virtual interview links (Teams).
- Ensure interview process is conducted smoothly and professionally.
- Collect interview feedback and follow up with stakeholders for timely decision-making.
Candidate Experience & Communication
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide professional communication regarding interview status, feedback, and offer details.
- Handle candidate inquiries and ensure a positive candidate journey aligned with employer branding standards.
Onboarding Support
- Prepare employment documents (offer letter, labor contract, annexes, personal data forms, etc.).
- Coordinate with IT/Admin to arrange work equipment, email accounts, and access systems.
- Support new joiners during onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.
Recruitment Data Management & Reporting
- Update and maintain candidate information on recruitment tracking files (Excel).
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality compliance.
- Prepare periodic recruitment reports (weekly/monthly) including hiring status, time-to-fill, pipeline updates, and recruitment metrics.
Employer Branding & Recruitment Events
- Support organizing job fairs, internship programs, campus recruitment activities, and employer branding campaigns.
- Coordinate with Marketing/Communication team when required for recruitment campaigns.
- Represent the company professionally at recruitment events.
Compliance & Policy Adherence
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor law and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
- Follow internal approval workflows and documentation standards.
Qualifications And Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or related fields.
Experience / Technical Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role (Recruitment Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Executive, Recruitment Consultant, or equivalent).
- Experience in multinational companies or healthcare/pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience using recruitment systems is a plus.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
