Location: Da Nang, Can Tho, Hybrid

Contract: Full time, Permanent, Paid Monthly

Your Mission

As a Senior Quality Controller, you ensure product integrity across diverse platforms (Web, Mobile, API) by combining rigorous testing methodologies with AI-driven efficiency.

1. Hands-on Testing Execution

Take ownership of the testing lifecycle on various projects.

Execute Functional, Smoke, Regression, UI/UX, and Integration tests on Web, iOS, and Android platforms to ensure zero critical bugs.

2. AI-Enhanced QC Process

Modernize QC processes using AI tools to automate test case generation.

Create detailed user scenarios and analyze test results, shifting focus from manual repetition to intelligent oversight.

3. Use Case Mastery

Translate complex requirements into exhaustive test cases and use cases.

Ensure every user interaction and edge case is covered before development ends.

4. Process & Tools

Track bugs meticulously using Jira (primary tool).

Analyze root causes to propose process improvements and prevent recurrence.

5. Lead & Collaborate

Coach junior members on testing best practices and AI adoption.

Partner with the Product Development team from sprint planning to release, ensuring quality is built in from the start.

Job Requirements:

• You are a seasoned QC expert who masters the process and embraces new technologies.
• 4+ years of experience in software testing with a solid background in executing Functional, Smoke, and Regression tests on both Web and Mobile platforms.
• Deep understanding of Software Testing standards and methodologies, analysis skills, and strong capability in creating exhaustive test cases and use cases.
• Proficient in using AI tools to support your work.
• Knowledge of Context & Prompt Engineering, leveraging LLMs to generate test data, write test scripts, and analyze quality metrics efficiently.
• Bug Tracking: Expert use of Jira.
• Strong teamwork and management capabilities.
• Fluent communication in Business English and Vietnamese.

Nice to Have

ISTQB Certification is a plus.

Knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL tools and automation tools (Functional and Non-Functional).

Solid experience in API testing and tools like Postman.

Experience with database systems such as MongoDB, Postgres, or Oracle.

Experience with Testmo.

Team or project management experience.
