Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide advices and on-site implementations requirements to comply to corporate global and regional as well as local QSHE and Process Safety standards and related regulations.
- Manage and conduct training and development programs related to QSHE and Process Safety
Management to employees and external stakeholders such as visitors, contractors and serviceproviders.
- Coordinate and follow up with departments to achieve QSHE targets and outstanding implementations
from meetings, risk assessments, audit recommendations, root cause analysis and improvement areas.
- Site representative and liaise with government agencies on QSHE related matters.
- Plan and coordinate site management reviews for QSHE management systems at regular intervals.
- Lead internal facility inspections and audits.
- Proactively engage with auditors to assist in implementing audit recommendations and improvements.
- Conduct incident investigations and provide root cause analysis report timely.
- Notify relevant stakeholders according to site and corporate requirements on QSHE incidents/accidents
and significant non-conformities / major concerns.
- Manage risks on-site together with site managers and supervisors through risk assessments and risk
management practices.
- Provide advices and manage hazardous substances and the disposal of chemicals.
- Manage contractors QSHE performance in warehouse and projects at site according to the global and
regional standards.
- Liaise, coordinate and review technical safety studies, reports and drawings together with internal
engineering, project, operations, logistics, supply chain and maintenance personnel, corporate AIPSM
as well as external design and project consultants, engineers and contractors.
- Coordinate and participate in all Process Safety Hazard (PHA) analyses.
- Coordinate and implement Technical Asset Integrity Program at site.
- Assist and participate in all AIPSM programs and projects.
- Manage site QSHE and AIPSM performance including assisting QSHE Manager in managing all QSHE
reports, AIPSM performance, incidents and accidents.
- Oversee environmental protection and management programs on-site according to corporate standards
and local requirements.
- Cooperate with Corporate QSHE in all related QSHE and AIPSM matters.
Job Requirement/Specification:
Education : At least a Bachelor&aposs degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.
Experience : 7+ years of QSHE working experience.
Well-verse in international standards such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO
45001:2018, CCPS Process Safety Management System.
Familiar with local QSHE related Regulations, Process Hazard Analysis such as QRA,
HAZOP, Consequence Modeling, Preventive Maintenance Regime and international
standards such as API, ASME, ASTM, BS, IEC, etc.
Working experience in the chemical / gas / oil / petrochemical industry.
Others : Strong people skills and analytical skills
Good command in spoken and written English
Proficiency in PC skill
