Senior Python Developer

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

Build scalable Python web applications and APIs for LLM services

Develop data processing pipelines for model training and inference

Create robust testing frameworks for LLM applications

Implement monitoring and logging systems for production LLM deployments

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing products

Research & Innovation

Stay current with latest developments in LLM research and technology

Evaluate and benchmark different LLM models and approaches

Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing

• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards

LLM Development & Implementation (nice to have)

Design, develop, and maintain LLM-powered applications and systems

Implement fine-tuning strategies for domain-specific language models

Optimize model performance, latency, and resource utilization

Integrate various LLM APIs and frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.)

Develop prompt engineering strategies and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems

Experience Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of professional software development experience

Strong experience in Python web development and Python programming

6+ months of hands-on experience in LLM application development and maintenance (nice to have)

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask)

Experience with LLM libraries and frameworks (Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex)

Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)

Understanding of vector databases and embedding techniques

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML deployments

Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows

Core Competencies

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

Understanding of NLP concepts and transformer architectures

Experience with API development and microservices architecture

Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL)

Familiarity with MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Experience with model serving frameworks (TensorRT, ONNX, TorchServe)

Knowledge of distributed computing and parallel processing

Experience with A/B testing and experiment design for AI systems
