JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our clients project onsite in Tokyo, Japan. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications using .NET technologies, working directly with Japanese stakeholders, and contributing to high-performance, scalable systems.
WHAT WILL YOU DO- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET Core / .NET Framework (C#).
- Collaborate with Japanese clients and cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements.
- Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code with strong unit test coverage.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system performance.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile development practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation (English and/or Japanese).
REQUIREMENT- 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET (C#) development.
- Strong experience in building web applications, APIs, or enterprise systems.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and system architecture.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL).
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher preferred) for business-level communication.
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.
- Prior experience working in Japanese IT projects or onsite in Japan.
