We are looking for a dynamic and experienced (Senior) Project Manager to lead and drive the success of our software development initiatives. In this role, you will oversee all phases of the project lifecyclefrom initial planning and requirements gathering to final delivery and post-launch support.
Your leadership, organizational skills, and technical insight will be critical in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Lead and manage multiple software development projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
Team Management:
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to clients.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Technical Oversight:
- Collaborate with technical architects to define project technical requirements.
- Ensure adherence to software development best practices and standards.
- Monitor project quality and conduct regular code reviews.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
- Implement quality assurance measures to ensure product excellence.
Requirements
Must have
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in software development project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Proven experience in Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong English: Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites internationally.
Prefer to have
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
- Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of the industry and the target market in Digital Transformation, Information Management System, E Commerce and Finance technologies.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams.
- Strong technical background in software development.
