Variation Orders
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on schedule, budget, and key milestones.
Manage change requests, variation orders, and schedule recovery plans.
Obtain approvals for Variation Orders (VO) and update Change Register.
Identify delays, implement corrective measures, and reschedule activities.
Evaluate Extension of Time (EOT) and Liquidated Damages (LD) as per contract.
Oversee QAQC inspections, safety compliance, and environmental standards.
Establish inspection protocols and supervise works per approved drawings/method statements.
Conduct in-progress inspections, sampling tests, welding/non-d structive tests.
Ensure Factory Acceptance Tests for major equipment.
Issue Non-Conformance Report (NCRs) for non-conformance and ensure rectification.
Maintain safe and environmentally compliant worksite.
Ensure contractors submit monthly safety reports and implements control measures.
Administer contracts, certify payments, and manage defect rectification through Defects Liability Period (DLP).
Review contract documents, insurances, and performance bonds.
Monitor construction program and recovery plans.
Certify work value, recommend payments, and assess variation claims.
Manage defect lists and retention release at DLP end.
Conduct checkpoint reviews and pre-handover inspections.
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 8 years of project management experience in construction/real estate.
Strong knowledge of contract administration, QAQC, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
