We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our embedded software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, proven project management skills, and expertise in ensuring quality, cost, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage embedded software development projects from concept to delivery.
- Take full ownership of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (Q-C-D) metrics throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with functional safety standards (ISO 26262) and security principles (SAE 21434).
- Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between engineering teams, management, and clients.
Qualifications:
- B.E. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in embedded software development.
- Proven experience in project management with a focus on Q-C-D.
- Understanding of functional safety (ISO 26262) and security principles (SAE 21434).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams.
