Job Description:

  • Project-based role focused on identifying and implementing solutions to face new opportunities and address challenges in Shopee's Cross-Border Business, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives
  • Projects span multiple functions including Business Development, Operations, and Logistics, where you will identify new growth opportunities, conduct deep-dive analyses to achieve target outcomes, and drive end-to-end optimization through process improvements.
  • Develop project plans, track project progress, ensure projects reach expected goals, and do quality time management Lead the preparation of project status reports, including progress, issues, and risks
  • Analyse key business performance indicators and innovate or re-engineer processes based on industry best practices and our accelerator as well as lead issue management and develop short-term and long-term solution
  • Lead process planning and enhancement, develop short-term and mid-to-long-term solutions to address issues, and define strategies to achieve business goals. Coordinate and manage internal and external communications throughout project execution.
  • Derive actionable insights through quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive data-informed decision making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of working experience
  • Experienced in the full life cycle project, from strategy to implementation
  • Experienced in KPI strategy/planning and execution.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical, logical reasoning skills
  • Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn and share knowledge
  • Proactive and take ownership of one's work
  • Detail-oriented, well organised, efficient, and effective
  • Work experience in a management consulting firm or relevant fields are preferred but not a must
