Job Description:

  • Strategic Recruitment: Oversee day-to-day recruitment operations to ensure on-time fulfillment with high accuracy and quality standards.
  • Data analysis & Problem solving: Analyse hiring and workforce data to support decision making.
  • Initiative: Implement and track key performance indicators to continuously improve recruitment operations and meet business demands.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor area leads to achieve each area's hiring targets.
  • Stakeholder management: Serve as the primary point of contact between recruitment functions and business stakeholders, maintaining seamless communication and coordination.
  • Hiring Excellence: Identify and proactively resolve bottlenecks in the recruitment process, ensuring efficient workflows and optimized resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or recruitment, preferably in a high-volume or fulfillment-focused environment.
  • Strong data analysis skills and a proactive approach to identifying and solving process bottlenecks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven track record of managing projects to successful completion on time and within scope, with attention to detail and quality.
