Contribute to the end-to-end coordination of Shopee's new project launch activities.
Design, document, and refine end-to-end (E2E) buyer and seller journeys to ensure a seamless platform experience.
Track milestones and ensure timely delivery of key launch components.
Product & Feature Performance
Monitor feature performance of the new project's platform post-launch to ensure product-market fit.
Proactively collect and analyze user feedback to identify issues and enhancement opportunities.
Liaise with regional and local product teams to prioritize platform improvements and manage issue escalation.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management
Act as the single point of contact for coordination between business teams (Business Development, Seller Management, Payments, Marketplace Ops, etc.) and operational teams (Logistics, Warehouse Ops, Seller Ops).
Facilitate alignment across teams on goals, timelines, and issue resolution.
Track and manage dependencies and blockers across functional workstreams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
Relevant experience in strategy, marketing analytics, campaign management, or similar roles.
Strong analytical and Excel and PowerPoint
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to operate in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience managing budgets and reporting to senior stakeholders
