Promptly address and prioritize product issues based on business impact; balance priorities among stakeholders effectively.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring critical business requirements are met and edge cases are thoroughly addressed.
Execute feature release checklists, create user guides, and develop educational content to ensure teams understand and adopt new features effectively.
Serve as the primary point of contact for business users inquiries about feature logic.
Implement product configuration changes based on business requests.
Other tasks are assigned by the Company from time to time.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in product operations, technical support, IT support or quality assurance.
Excellent problem-solving skills, can quickly assess and resolve complex issues following established escalation procedures.
Effective verbal and written communication skills to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Familiarity with Quality Assurance (QA) processes and methodologies.
Detail-oriented with a focus on thoroughness in addressing edge cases.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and priorities.
