Job description:

  • Promptly address and prioritize product issues based on business impact; balance priorities among stakeholders effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring critical business requirements are met and edge cases are thoroughly addressed.
  • Execute feature release checklists, create user guides, and develop educational content to ensure teams understand and adopt new features effectively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business users inquiries about feature logic.
  • Implement product configuration changes based on business requests.
  • Other tasks are assigned by the Company from time to time.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in product operations, technical support, IT support or quality assurance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, can quickly assess and resolve complex issues following established escalation procedures.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with Quality Assurance (QA) processes and methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on thoroughness in addressing edge cases.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and priorities.
