Mô tả công việc:
- Troubleshooting pain points from both business needs and product performance angles
- Identifying and exploring new product opportunities, leveraging emerging technologies and market trends
- Ensure features from design to live stage are well aligned with the end goals crafted
- Tracking the key and supporting product metrics, in line with overall business metrics to measure product performance and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborating with Regional PMs & Developers to ensure product feature roadmaps are delivered on time in full
- Collaborating with Local Business cross functional teams to identify the key questions and improvements to be delivered through features initiatives & development.
- Consolidate user and department feedback and compose process/product feature improvements.
- Deliver new initiatives/solutions, implement usage initiatives targeting business strategy.
- Priority to assure that all requirements are supported in a cost-effective, timely manner, with a resulting high level of User satisfaction;
- Execute end-user web and mobile testing if needed.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering, 3+ years of experience as product manager in a product management, engineering and technology strategy role.
- Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
- Good communication and presentation skills, can convert business feedback into technical requirements and vice versa.
- Good understanding of business model(s) of any fields;
- Data-driven, able to make use of either raw data, data charts/dashboards and funnels to get proper insights.
- Strong problem solving skills, critical thinking and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
- Eager to learn about technologies and the ecommerce industry.
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is a plus
