We are looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX ) to craft intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly experiences across web, mobile, and desktop platforms. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant interfaces. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with a user-centered mindset, and has experience designing for applications that balance usability, performance, and security.

What you'll do
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs.
- Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Design solutions that improve task efficiency, discoverability, and accessibility.
- Ensure designs support multi-platform consistency (web, iOS, Android, desktop).
- Develop and maintain design systems (components, typography, color palettes, spacing, iconography).
- Create high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma (or similar tools).
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Apply responsive design principles for seamless experiences across devices and screen sizes.
- Work with product managers to refine requirements and define user stories.
- Partner with developers to ensure technical feasibility of designs.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback iteratively.
- Advocate for accessibility (WCAG standards) and inclusive design practices.
Your Skills and Experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent experience.
- Portfolio that showcases end-to-end design process: research wireframes prototypes final UI.
- 3 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
Must-Have
- Strong proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and modern UI aesthetics.
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
- Familiarity with prototyping and usability testing tools (InVision, Maze, UserTesting).
- Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React/Angular/Vue basics) to communicate with engineers.
- Experience designing for security-conscious or enterprise-grade applications.
Nice-to-Have
- Motion/interaction design (After Effects, Lottie, Framer).
- Experience with desktop app design (macOS, Windows, Linux).
- Familiarity with designing dashboards, real-time systems, or data-heavy applications.
- Knowledge of internationalization/localization in design.
